How do I get started?

It really is very straightforward - sign up, complete the form telling us about your business and we get to work on your posts straight away  We’ll use the information you provided along with industry research to create social posts that will make your business shine.   Within 5 days we’ll deliver a set of posts for your first week and let you know by email when they are ready for review. As we understand what works best for you, our process will become seamless and streamlined - whenever there is a new batch, you’ll get an email and we’ll always have at least a week of content scheduled and ready to go in advance.

While you wait, you will receive an email with login details for your customer portal.  This is where you will be able to review your posts (and approve them before we publish) as well as view your upcoming content schedule any time.

Can you make posts to order?

We can do “made to order” posts in addition to the core packages on a fee for service basis.  Existing customers can get in touch with us via email to initiate a conversation.

How long will it take before you start?

Once you sign up, we start straight away and will deliver posts for review within 5 days (for the first batch).  We just get faster from there - we’ll get a vibe for what works and build consistency and flow so all you’ll have to do is take 30 seconds every couple of weeks to approve another batch.

How much time and effort do you need from me?

Our mission is to save you time and energy so your investment of effort is kept minimal. For setup - fill in the form, send us images, logo, any promotional material or offers you have on hand and then we take care of the rest.
Ongoing - Once we get rolling, you need to approve posts which takes a few seconds every 2 weeks or so.  You’ll get an email when posts are ready, review, approve and they will post on autopilot.

Can I still post to my social media pages?

You sure can - they are yours after all.  Post as much or as little as you like.  And don’t forget if you want to post more, we can ramp up any time.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Nope, no contracts.  Stay because you want to, not because you are forced to. If at any stage you don’t want to continue, you can cancel straight away and never make another payment.
All we ask is if you are unhappy for any reason at all, let us know.  We strive to give everyone outstanding value and services but if we do get it wrong on occasion, we’d love to make it right. 

How many followers will you get my business per month?

Chances are if an agency guarantees followers, they are paying for the use of AI bots to generate followers - all fake.  Our aim is to make your business look professional.  If someone sees you for the first time in a post, they will know you are a professional business - your image is positive from the outset.  If they hear about your business and “Google” you, they will find your posts and it will reflect positively on you.If they are comparing your business to your competitors, yours will stand out.
